Kristen's focus is providing a seamless interaction between the design team and the owner. She believes in design that takes a holistic approach to improving the built environment. Kristen leads business development for the firm. Her passion is growing the business through successful completion of projects and unparalleled service to clients.

Kristen graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and is a Registered Architect with the North Carolina Board of Architecture. She is the Chair of the North Carolina Department of Administration Minority Business Capital Projects Advisory Board and serves on the Board of Directors for American Institute of Architects Triangle Chapter. Kristen is a member of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women, the Urban Land Institute and is actively involved with the College of Design at North Carolina State University.
