HH Architecture Staff

Our firm is led by four partners, Kristen M. Hess as CEO, David Carey as Technical Director, Siler Ransmeier as Director of Design, and Jenessa Van Deen as Director of Operations. We have ten registered architects supported by design and production staff. Our diverse staff come from widely differing backgrounds and have different strengths that contribute to our overall success.

Kristen M. Hess, FAIA, LEED AP

Partner, CEO

Kristen M. Hess, FAIA, LEED AP Partner, CEO

As the President, CEO, and business development leader of HH Architecture, Kristen works to build relationships within her community and throughout North Carolina. She is committed to providing opportunities not only to her employees but also by mentoring students and future community leaders. Kristen currently serves on the Governor’s Council on Historically Underutilized Businesses, as well as the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of North Carolina Coastal Pines. In 2011, Kristen was awarded the prestigious Marshall Memorial Fellowship by the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Zhi-Xing China Eisenhower Fellowship in 2016, where she forged global connections with Eisenhower Fellows all over the world. In 2024, Kristen was elevated to The College of Fellows of The American Institute of Architects in Object 5 – Service to Society.

Kristen received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Carolina State University. Her passion for sustainable and client-focused design is a driving force in HH Architecture’s continued growth and success.

David Carey, Associate AIA, LEED AP

David Carey, Associate AIA, LEED AP Partner, Technical Director

As Partner and Technical Director, Dave leads our team in delivering excellent work to our valued clients. He ensures that the production standards of HH Architecture’s designs are of the highest quality. Throughout his twenty-plus years of experience, Dave has demonstrated exceptional commitment to client needs as well as an extensive understanding of architectural detailing. He believes that the most rewarding part of what we do is spending time listening, watching, and working collaboratively with our clients and then seeing their excitement as their vision comes alive.

Dave is a member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber Board of Advisors, the Johnston Community College Circle of Friends, the Midtown Raleigh Alliance, and USGBC. He received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from NC State University.

Siler Ransmeier, AIA, GGP

Partner, Director of Design

Siler Ransmeier, AIA, GGP Partner, Director of Design

As Partner and Director of Design for HH Architecture, Siler oversees the overall design direction for the firm. He believes great design contributes to its environment and makes a positive impact on people’s lives. That starts with a strong discovery process and a collaborative design approach, prioritizing client insight. Focusing on contextual and sustainable solutions, Siler encourages the HH Architecture team to create clear and justifiable concepts that will help us elevate our client’s mission.

In his tenure at HH Architecture, Siler has led projects for a wide variety of clients, including the North Carolina Zoo, The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Durham Public Schools, and North Carolina State University. Siler is actively involved in the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, and the Society of College and University Planning. He is passionate about our work with the Ronald McDonald Houses of North Carolina and is part of the RMH Red Shoe Crew. Siler received both his Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from NC State University and he is a certified Green Globes Professional. 

Jenessa Van Deen, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, GGP

Jenessa Van Deen, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, GGP Partner, Director of Operations

As Partner and Director of Operations, Jenessa works to ensure that HH Architecture meets the project goals and deliverables. Jenessa also works to support our design staff in meeting their professional goals. One thing that Jenessa enjoys about architecture is that it allows for the opportunity to learn about others and find creative design solutions that will meet the needs of clients in a sustainable way. She loves designing spaces that have a positive impact on the community and users. She has had the opportunity to work on projects with the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, North Carolina Zoo,  North Carolina State University, City of High Point Parks and Recreation, and the City of Fayetteville.

Jenessa received her Master of Architecture and her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University. She is involved in AIA Triangle, USGBC, volunteering as a mentor for the Raleigh Durham chapter of the ACE Mentorship Program, and participated in the Raleigh Chamber Leadership Raleigh Program. When she’s not at work, you can find Jenessa hiking with her husband and dogs, or remodeling her house.

Jessica Bossiere, NCIDQ, IIDA

Interior Design Principal

Jessica Bossiere, NCIDQ, IIDA Interior Design Principal

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech. She received her NCIDQ certification in 2007 and is an active member of IIDA. She works to support interior design programs at local colleges and universities by participating as a guest judge for student work critiques and special projects. Jessica excels at creating space plans that not only give the client what they need for the every day, but that is also inviting and comfortable for staff and visitors. She creates unique ways to express our client’s culture through mission-driven design and develops a collection of finishes for each project that tells a story. She works with architects to create interior environments that feed off the space, theme, client, and vision of the overall building design. A few of Jessica’s favorite projects to work on have been HH Architecture’s Dresser Court office renovation, the Johnston Community College Student Success Center, and the NCDA&CS Agricultural Sciences Center.

James G. Briglia, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Technical Principal

James G. Briglia, AIA, LEED AP BD+C Technical Principal

James received his Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Georgia State Institute of Technology. He serves as the Treasurer of the Building Envelope Council Research Triangle, Task Force of AIA Triangle, and as the President of the Board of Directors for the Cary Park Property Owners Association. Jim brings over 25 years of experience to our firm. Within our studio, he is a leader in Building Information Modeling, Building Science, Construction Administration, Alternate Delivery Methods, Design Build, and Integrated Project Delivery. As Technical Principal, he works to solve design problems and deliver buildings that function well beyond the expectations of our clients.

Carolyn Bailey, SHRM-CP

Human Resources Manager

Carolyn Bailey, SHRM-CP Human Resources Manager

As Human Resources Manager, Carolyn enjoys working with the diverse staff at HH Architecture to help each individual reach their highest potential.  The everchanging and evolving nature of human resources makes each day a new adventure.  She is an active member of CAI and the Raleigh Chamber and attends a variety of conferences and events hosted by both organizations. She also coordinates many of HH Architecture’s volunteer efforts with the Ronald McDonald House of Durham and Wake, CASA, Midtown Raleigh Alliance, AIAs, and more.  When not in the office, Carolyn can be found running around Disney World or binge-watching something on Disney+.

Cody Ball

Contracts Manager

Cody Ball Contracts Manager

Cody received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Managerial Accounting from NC State University’s Poole College of Management. As Contracts Manager, Cody oversees firm-wide contracts and serves as the liaison between the firm, our design consultant teams, and our clients to negotiate agreements for successful projects.

Cody is an avid movie fan and enjoys attending concerts and local trivia nights. He is an active member of CAI, the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and was selected to participate in the 2019-2020 Leadership Raleigh program.

A few of his favorite projects to work on have been the Polar Bear Expansion and Renovation for the NC Zoological Park, the renovation of HH Architecture’s office building on Dresser Court, and the NCDA&CS Agricultural Sciences Center.

Emily Barry, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP, GGP, LEED Green Associate

Emily Barry, NCIDQ, IIDA, WELL AP, GGP, LEED Green Associate Senior Interior Designer, Team Lead

Emily attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the College of DuPage. She received her NCIDQ certification in 2021 and is an active member of IIDA. She is a LEED Green Associate and is involved in the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH). Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, kayaking, painting, and baking. Emily is passionate about improving the quality of life through design and is particularly interested in the positive effects design can have within our community.

Laura Beesmer, AIA

Laura Beesmer, AIA Architect II

Laura received her Master of Architecture from The City College of New York and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University. She enjoys traveling, painting, biking, and exploring new restaurants. Laura is interested in the problem-solving aspect of architecture and sees every project as a new design challenge. She is adept at producing technical drawings and 3d renderings. A few of her favorite projects to work on have been the Herman Park Recreation Center for the City of Goldsboro and the NC State Farmers Market Master Plan.

Morgan Bryant

Morgan Bryant Interior Designer I

Morgan grew up in Winston Salem, North Carolina and attended University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she majored in Interior Architecture with a specialization in Historic Preservation.

She is most passionate about having the opportunity to design beautiful spaces for people from all sectors of the community. Morgan listens to our client’s goals and enjoys opportunities to exceed their expectations.

In her free time, Morgan loves to dance! She has travelled around to dance events for lessons, and social dances. She dances swing, blues, fusion, with her top style of dance being Brazilian Zouk.

Jeramie Clifford

Architectural Designer III

Jeramie Clifford Architectural Designer III

Jeramie grew up in Oil City, Pennsylvania where interest in design first sparked through building tree houses at the age of 6. He attended the University of Pittsburg where he received his B.A. in Architectural Studies in 2005, and then went on to earn his Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech in 2013. With over 5 years in the professional industry of architecture, Jeramie’s goal is to make those interactions with the built environment as positive as he can through thoughtful design that delivers spaces that are healthy and utilize environmentally friendly materials and systems. He is passionate about the art of architecture; the taking of an idea and transferring it onto paper, then developing and refining that idea to make a place for humans to occupy and enjoy. In his free time, Jeramie fosters dogs through the Wake County Animal Center and makes custom dog collars and leashes. As an outdoor enthusiast, he spends the bulk of his outdoor time caving, camping, hiking, floating on the water, and foraging mushrooms.

Cheyenne Duger

Cheyenne worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Medical Field for eight years while earning a business administration bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. As Executive Assistant,  enjoys using her skills to contribute to the exciting advances that happen every day at HH Architecture.

She is also is an active member of the Raleigh Chamber and enjoys spending her free time volunteering within the community and resistance training.

 

Andrea Frysinger

Systems Manager

Andrea Frysinger Systems Manager

Andrea received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State University. She enjoys cooking and baking in her free time, is an avid reader, and British Television fan. She participates in multiple technical user groups and attends local events around the Triangle. She enjoys the ever-changing nature of technology, there is always something new to learn! Andrea keeps our systems and software up to date and secure. She helps our staff navigate through technical roadblocks, even if it is a user error.

Adam Harker, AIA

Adam Harker, AIA Senior Architect, Team Lead

Adam has a BFA in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Architecture from NC State University. With over 18 years of experience, Adam applies both aspects of this design training to create buildings and spaces that are thoughtful and cohesive.

Throughout his career in VA and NC, Adam has experience working on a wide range of project types in the commercial sector, including office, retail, multifamily housing, sports facilities, and higher education. As a licensed Architect, Adam has a strong commitment to the built environment, and believes that each project should respond to its surrounding context to create an appropriate design solution that serves the needs of both the client and community.

Outside the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.

David F. Hart

Senior Business Advisor

David F. Hart Senior Business Advisor

As our Senior Business Advisor, Dave continues to provide valuable business advice and support. His experience and financial insight have contributed to HH Architecture’s long-term success. With over fifty years of corporate finance and general management experience, he is enjoying helping our firm as we continue to grow and be successful in the NC design community. Dave enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren, trying to improve his golf skills, and supporting Habitat for Humanity, and Saint Giles Presbyterian Church.

Dave was the first official HH Architecture employee and is the secret to our success!

Corinne Holt

Corinne Holt Administrative Assistant

Corinne grew up in Norcross, GA and moved to the Raleigh area in 2020. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with her Bachelors in Elementary Education and her Master’s in Teaching and Learning.

After teaching for five years, she shifted her career path and found her role at HH Architecture. Corinne is passionate about using creativity, organization, and attention to detail to assist others in a way that makes sure their vision is heard and understood. She is excited for opportunities to collaboratively and creatively problem solve in a positive, team-based environment.

In her spare time, Corinne enjoys crafting, traveling, sports rivalries, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.

Dharshyani Jackson, Allied NOMA, IIDA

Dharshyani Jackson, Allied NOMA, IIDA Interior Designer II

Born in Singapore, Dharshyani came to the US when she was 9. She grew up in New Mexico and later moved to North Carolina where she received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Meredith College in Raleigh.

As an Interior Designer at HH Architecture, Dharshyani loves thinking of how form and function can work together to create a long-lasting space for people that enhances their life. She is also very inspired to be as intentional and inclusive as possible to leave footprints for future designers.  Dharshyani is currently working towards becoming a registered Designer and is involved in AIA and IIDA. She also enjoys mentoring design students to help them as they start their professional careers.

Outside of work, she can be found hanging out with her dogs, Luna and Padfoot, and her partner, Jon. She is heavily involved in a mutual aid in Raleigh that distributes food, clothes, and essential necessities to our unhoused community. Dharshyani is passionate about social activism, so she is constantly reading, unlearning, and investing in ways to make my community more equitable, habitable, and slightly better than before.

Daniel Jencks, AIA

Daniel Jencks, AIA Architect III

At a young age, Daniel realized he had a passion for art and design as well as thriving in math and science. These skill sets led him to Architecture as a path for his higher education. Daniel attended West Virginia University for a degree in Design Studies and later attended Clemson University where he obtained a Master of Architecture.

Daniel is most passionate about making public spaces accessible to all so that everyone gets the chance to interact with a well-designed and thoughtful place. He believes that architects and designers have a powerful role in shaping the future, and it motivates him to know the impact of projects he’s helped to design.

His other interests include tackling home renovation projects, hiking, biking, and exercising. He also loves traveling to new cities and scoping out the best food.

Anita Karimu, AIA

Anita Karimu, AIA Architect I

Anita is originally from Accra, Ghana but grew up moving around the world and has lived in places including Morocco, Kenya, and Maryland here in the USA. She got started in design from a young age by following her mom, who was an interior designer, from job to job and acting as her assistant. Anita went on to earn her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University.

As an Architect, she enjoys being involved in the design process at various stages and contributing her skills and worldview together with other designers in the pursuit of rich and multifaceted design solutions.

Passionate about equitable design for all, Anita believes all people deserve well-designed spaces regardless of their demographic. She believes design should honor the diversity and unique identity of the clients and users with space that provides them with a sense of value and belonging.

Outside of work, Anita enjoys traveling to new places and trying their famous cuisines. Her other hobbies include wheel throwing pottery, kayaking, and trivia.

Lindsay Kent

Lindsay Kent Marketing Coordinator

Lindsay is from central New Jersey and grew up spending summers in Raleigh, North Carolina. After receiving her Bachelors in Advertising from Temple University in Philadelphia, she moved to Raleigh for a change of scenery and has been here ever since.

As Marketing Coordinator, she is responsible for the development of proposal submissions and works collaboratively with the marketing team to create marketing collateral. She is passionate about generating meaningful connections through storytelling and is excited to be able to combine her creativity and love for strategic planning in her role at HH Architecture.

Outside of work she enjoys crafting, cooking, and spending time with her husband, stepdaughter and two dogs.

Jackson Kiel, Associate AIA

Jackson Kiel, Associate AIA Architectural Designer III

Jackson received his Bachelor of Architecture from NC State University’s College of Design where he also received his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Minor in Landscape Architecture. He is actively involved with the AIAS program Freedom by Design and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. Jackson is a talented designer who is most interested in the Schematic Design phase of the design process, especially creating architectural visualizations such as 3D renderings, flythroughs, and VR. His favorite projects to work on at HH Architecture so far have been the San Lee Nature Education Center, the Maxwell Center and AIA Triangle Barkitecture.

Paige Kopf, AIA

Paige was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated from NC State’s College of Design with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture. In her spare time, Paige loves to watercolor, cook, and try new foods with her husband. She also enjoys traveling and has studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. Paige is interested in the creative problem-solving and community impact of architecture and is passionate about finding meaningful ways to meet the needs of clients and users through design.

Lauren Leonard, Associate IIDA Interior Designer I

Lauren started as a summer intern and returned after earning her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech, with minors in Landscape Architecture and Ecological Cities. Lauren finds excitement in her role as it allows her to ignite creativity and motivation through her designs, aiming to positively impact people’s lives and create healthier environments. She stays up to date with the latest technologies and sustainable practices to ensure her design solutions are innovative and long-lasting.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys camping, hiking, exploring new places, cooking, and immersing herself in different cultures, which brings a unique perspective to her design work.

 

Elizabeth Macias

Elizabeth Macias Architectural Designer I

Elizabeth grew up in Mexico and received her Bachelor of Architecture from North Carolina State University. Before joining the HH Architecture team, she was in single-family residential design. In her role as a designer, she tries to understand the best way to advocate for her community in the built environment. With a strong passion for people, Elizabeth gets excited about the potential for positive impact in molding our physical world and our experience through it.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth loves to play soccer and treasure hunt for old stuff. She currently has plans to enrich her treasure finding process by introducing a metal detector to her toolkit.

Maya Miller

Maya Miller Architectural Designer I

Maya was born and raised in Durham, NC, and graduated with her Bachelor of Architecture degree from NC State University, where she previously received her Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture with a minor in Landscape Architecture. Although architecture was not initially on her horizon, Maya was drawn to the profession through its ability to practically serve other people and to support and unite the communities it reaches. She is passionate about the potential architecture has for positively impacting the daily lives of local communities. Maya believes through active listening, implementing sustainable strategies, and incorporating aspects of universal accessibility in each project, thoughtful design has the power to transform spaces into places that elevate the user’s quality of living.

In her spare time, Maya loves to spend time with her family and friends, dance ballet, volunteer with her church, cook/bake, sew, knit, hike/camp, and explore new places. She is constantly trying out new ways to craft and create things!

Kirsten Nichols

Kirsten Nichols Human Resources Assistant

Kirsten grew up in the Berkshires, Massachusetts, and graduated from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelors in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management.

She is excited to start on her path in HR because she’s always been passionate about truly getting to understand and know people – she loves to see people succeed and help get them there.  With the world constantly changing and evolving, she is passionate about helping the firm stay abreast of it all to keep the team happy, healthy, and thriving!

Outside of the office, you can find Kirsten at a Pilates or Yoga studio, reading, gardening, playing video games, or traveling. She also enjoys spending quality time with her husband, dog, and cat.

Nick Owings

Architectural Designer III

Nick Owings Architectural Designer III

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Nick brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. He attended University of Kansas and received a Bachelors in Architectural Studies and a Master’s in Architecture.

In graduate school he was a member of Studio804, a non-profit, interdisciplinary design/build studio that designs and constructs a residence in a single semester. The collaborative process was rich with critical thought, quick decision making and design-think, design-make ideology that inspired the early part of his career in Architecture. Nick appreciates the exploration of creating good, lasting Architecture through the combination of understanding clients’ wants and needs, environment, and site.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time at home with his wife, son and their dog Gus. He cherishes opportunities to explore the outdoors and all wild and natural places. He’ll also never pass up a good story by the campfire.

Jess Piscitelli, NCIDQ, IIDA

Jess received her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She received her NCIDQ certification in 2019 and is an active member of IIDA. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and home improvement projects. As a Senior Interior Designer at HH Architecture, Jess has enjoyed working on the designs of the Steve Troxler Agricultural Sciences Center as well as the Johnston Community College Student Success Center. She thrives on creating spaces that positively affect people’s day-to-day lives, accommodate their needs, and are aesthetically pleasing.

Cara Ragusa

Senior Marketing & Brand Coordinator

Cara Ragusa Senior Marketing & Brand Coordinator

As our Senior Marketing & Brand Coordinator, Cara combines thoughtful design and content to elevate our brand presence and engagement. She has more than two decades of experience in a variety of professional environments. Cara is an award-winning graphic designer with a mind for strategic marketing and holds a BFA from Boston University.

Cara is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and formerly served on the executive board of AIGA Raleigh. She is an advocate for the disability community and enjoys gardening, watching her kids play sports, and listening to 90s music.

Xavier Sawyer

Xavier Sawyer Accountant

Xavier received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from NC State University. He is an avid tennis player and fan as well as a new dog owner. He provides crucial support to our financial team and makes sure we get our expense reports in on time! His favorite aspect of accounting is that there is an infinite amount of information that can be drawn from just numbers.

Heidi Smith

Heidi Smith Revit Specialist

Heidi received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design in Architecture with a minor in Art and Design from NC State University’s College of Design. While at NC State, she was a member of the marching band, basketball pep band, and British brass band. Heidi enjoys mentoring her kids in crayon graphic design and lego construction. As our resident “Revit Fairy”, she is interested in finding ways to make our software work hard for us to present not only a great design but great information to our clients.

Jennifer Tavares

Financial Manager

Jennifer Tavares Financial Manager

Jennifer brings over 25 years of accounting experience in different areas including public and corporate accounting. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UNC Charlotte. She is passionate about continuously learning new things, and enjoys supporting others and being a positive contributor to the team.

Outside of the office, you can find Jennifer reading, knitting, crocheting, or in the middle of a home DIY project.  She also loves playing with her two rescue dogs and spending time with her husband and her two children.

Joanna Thomas, WELL AP

Joanna received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in interior design from Ball State University as well as her Bachelor of Architecture from NC State University. She brings 7 years of experience in the industry and became a WELL AP in 2016.

Joanna is passionate about placing a focus on universal design and how people of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, or mental and physical abilities experience architecture.

Outside of the office, Joanna enjoys going for walks on the greenway with her two dogs, visiting local breweries with her husband, and watching or attending NWSL games.

Jennifer Warner

Jennifer is native North Carolinian who grew up on the coast before settling in the Triangle area. A Tar Heel through and through, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Jennifer is passionate about connecting people to the world around them, meeting people right where they are with engaging messaging, and building strong relationships. As Marketing Manager, Jennifer is most excited to tap into her professional experience to bring the client perspective to the HH Architecture team.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time on the sidelines of her son’s soccer games, leading her daughter’s Girl Scout troop, enjoying culinary travels with her husband, and sneaking away to her studio to sew, make, build, and create.

Nicholas Zastrow, AIA

Nicholas Zastrow, AIA Senior Architect, Team Lead

Nicholas received his Bachelors of Architecture from Virginia Tech and is licensed for the Practice of Architecture in North Carolina.  Throughout his time at HH Architecture, Nick has worked on a wide range of project types in the commercial sector, including higher education, state and municipal office and training facilities, recreation facilities, laboratory design, multifamily housing, and spaces of worship. His project roles have ranged from designer and technical lead to project manager, with focused experience in publicly funded projects, envelope and exterior design, and sustainable practices. Nick has a strong belief in architecture as a professional practice and the role of architects as stewards for design within the broader community.

When he is not hard at work, Nick is actively involved in AIA Triangle, the Building Enclosure Council, and enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, cooking, and playing soccer and tennis.

Having made a career change later in life, Cocoa is quickly working her way up the ranks of the barkitecture studio. She works closely with our design staff and provides a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Cookie is sweet, just like her name! Cookie can be found in the design studio collaborating with the Barkitecture team. Friendly and gentle, Cookie brings happiness to everyone she meets. Outside of the office, Cookie enjoys hiking, car rides, and chasing squirrels!

Lucy is a go-getter. She brings a ton of enthusiasm to everything she does. Lucy is also very social and a bit silly. She gets super excited for people and dog meetings alike. When at home, Lucy likes napping, playing fetch, and annoying her cat brothers.

Bruce brings his excitement and enthusiasm to the Barkitecture Studio each and everyday. Bruce is always up for an adventure, and is never afraid to take risks when it comes to new ideas.

Cate is cute and curious. A perfect day in the office for Cate includes playing with her fellow Barkitects, chatting with office guests, and the occasional nap.

Vadose is a social butterfly. When he’s in the office, he likes to check in with all of his friends in the design studio and make sure they are having a good day.  After making his rounds, you can find Vadose napping in a good spot where he can get pats from passerbys in the office.

Cappuccino joined the HH team with a Barkelor’s degree in Food and Treat Studies and no bartkitectural experience,  but what she lacks in experience, she makes up for with enthusiasm, energy, and cuddles. After long days of hard work, she loves to nap, bird watch and practice her favorite dance move “the wiggle”.

Norm is an energetic Barkitectural Designer who loves to put himself in the middle of the action. When the other Barkitects are talking through their designs, he is sure to raise an ear when he has a question.

Agustus, also known around the office as “Gus”, is happy to be a part of the HH Team. As the new Barkitectural Intern, he’s always eager to lend a helping paw. His passion for design and eagerness to work alongside his fellow Barkitects help put his puppy energy to good use. When he’s not working on doghouse parti diagrams or snacking on treats in the marketing department, he can be found basking in the sun somewhere on the 2nd floor.

Odie is an excitable, loving, goofy boy who works best from home.  Although he’s most likely sleeping on the job, he’s here to ensure that all fellow canines have everything they need to be successful.  Odie loves going for long walks, taking out all his toys for everyone to see, napping in the sun, annoying his cat sister, and spending time with his humans.

Luna is known as the “cutest barkitect” and she takes that title very seriously. She is currently living her best wild life and can often be found causing chaos with her bestie Lambie (a stuffed lamb shop).

Eddie has a paws-on work ethic by remaining on a lap throughout his workday. He keeps his coworkers on their toes by making surprise entrances during virtual meetings. Though dedicated to his career as an interior barkitect, his favorite part of the workday is lunch. He is generous to clean up after his co-workers by giving thorough crumb checks when they are done eating.

Daphne

Daphne Interior Barkitect

Having completed an in-house fellowship with HH Architecture prior to her employment, Daphne feels comfortable enough to sleep on the job as an interior barkitect. Although energetic in her free time, she remains thorough in testing finishes of textiles, ensuring they withstand peak nap-comfort. Daphne wears multiple hats, also serving as HH Architecture’s Security Detail. In this role, she warns the office of potential dangers, including squirrels and mail carriers.
