Old Health Building Renovation

Within a downtown renaissance, the interior renovation of this nineteenth century state-owned property allows the client to continue using the beautiful, landmark building for new purposes. The 33,000 square foot building was completed in 1845 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The scope includes a comprehensive renovation of the seed examination / purity lab, planting lab and germination lab. The indoor air quality requirements for these labs resulted in a highly complex and sophisticated, yet efficient heating, cooling, and ventilation system.
