HH Architecture is currently designing a comprehensive master plan for 336 acres at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds. Optimizing land use, as well as improving vehicular and pedestrian circulation, are major priorities. An extensive financial model is being utilized to focus growth on revenue-positive improvements.
The intention is to create a long-term plan that can serve the facility year round, while creating a better experience for hundreds of thousands of visitors during the state fair.
