Kristen's focus is providing a seamless interaction between the design team and the owner. She believes in design that takes a holistic approach to improving the built environment. Kristen leads business development for the firm. Her passion is growing the business through successful completion of projects and unparalleled service to clients.

Kristen graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and is a Registered Architect with the North Carolina Board of Architecture. She works to build relationships within her community and throughout North Carolina. Kristen is actively involved with the College of Design at North Carolina State University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of North Carolina Coastal Pines and for the International Affairs Council of North Carolina. In 2011, Kristen was awarded the prestigious Marshall Memorial Fellowship by the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
