The overall intent of this project is to unveil a new and dynamic “gateway” presence on Fort Bragg Road for Fayetteville Technical Community College's expanding campus. The campus renovation project will allow the school to serve a growing student population and keep up with demand for additional programs.
This project included master planning for three adjacent sites to determine current and future campus circulation and design opportunities. The building is a 70,000 square foot former “big box” retail store, and was completely reinvented for new classrooms, labs, offices, and the new campus bookstore. This renovation offers advanced classroom technology to better serve the ever-changing needs of community college programs.
