Client Community Alternatives for Supportive Abodes (CASA)

Hope Crest is a 7,200 square foot residential development for adults that are chronically homeless or have a disability. Hope Crest is the first affordable housing development in the City of Raleigh to receive private funding to pay for sustainable features for the project. The residence has 10 individual apartments, and was carefully sited to save prominent existing trees and maximize open space.
