Rand-Bryan House Renovation Recognized by Capital Area Preservation

The Rand-Bryan House was selected for the Capital Area Preservation’s 2010 Anthemion Award for the Commercial Rehabilitation and Adaptive Reuse.

The renovation of this 140-year-old home in Garner, NC was designed and led by HH Architecture. Capital Area Preservation is a non-profit organization with the mission of protecting historic resources in Wake County.

HH Architecture shares this award with collaborators The Renovation Specialists and the Rand-Bryan House, LLC.

The Anthemion Award is an annual event to recognize and encourage outstanding historic preservation efforts in Wake County. The planning and design of the Rand-Bryan House renovation took over five years and included floor plan extensions, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and a new turning lane on Highway 50.

HH Architecture’s Office Renovation Featured at SPARKcon

HH Architecture’s new office renovation was featured in the SPARKcon’s showcase, designSPARK. SPARKcon, the Triangle’s annual celebration of creativity, added designSPARK this year as a juried exhibition of the best design talent in the Triangle.
